Our toys start out as  simple blocks of scrap wood, but become tokens of love and caring.

STEP 1
Scrap wood is glued together,
compressed and dried.

STEP 2
The outline of the trucks, cars, and
other toys are drawn onto the wood.

STEP 3 
A saw is used to cut out the pattern.

STEP 4
A drill press puts holes
in the wood for the
windows, and axles.

STEP 5
The toy body is
sanded smooth.

STEP 6
The edges are routed
so there are no
rough edges.

STEP 7
The axels and wheels assembled.

STEP 8
A coat of oil brings out the
beauty of the wood adding
the finishing touch.

STEP 9
The finished toys are boxed to
send happiness to children all
over the world.
